Mechanical Performance: The grip strength of the clamp is greater than 1/10 of the conductor's breaking force, in accordance with GB2314-1997 standards.

Temperature Rise Performance: Under maximum current conditions, the temperature rise of the connector is lower than that of the connected conductor.

Thermal Cycling Performance: Complies with GB/T2317.3-2000 standards; thermal cycling tests meet electrical accessory requirements.

Waterproof Insulation Performance: Meets the relevant requirements of Part 2 of GB/T13140.4-1998.

Corrosion Resistance: Can undergo three fourteen-day cycles of testing in SO2 and salt spray conditions.

Environmental Aging Performance: Exposed to environments with UV radiation, dryness, and moisture, undergoing six weeks of temperature and thermal shock variation tests.

Fire Resistance: The insulation material of the connector can withstand the glow-wire test, meeting the requirements of chapters 4-10 of GB/T5169.4.

Easy Installation

• Cable branching can be performed without stripping the cable insulation, and the joint is fully insulated. Branching can occur at any position on the cable without cutting the main cable. Installation is simple and reliable, requiring only a socket wrench, and can be done while the system is live.

Safety in Use

• The joint has excellent resistance to twisting, vibration, fire, moisture, electrochemical corrosion, and aging, requiring no maintenance. It has been successfully used for 30 years.

Cost-Effective

• Requires minimal installation space, saving on bridge and land construction costs. In structural applications, there is no need for terminal boxes, junction boxes, and return cables, saving on cable costs. The cost of cables and clamps is lower than other power supply systems.
